Shipping

 All orders will be dispatched via our logistic partner DHL from Germany.  All shipments are insured and will be sent with tracking information. Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours of payment, unless a longer delivery time is mentioned on the product page.

 Please note that DHL often uses local shipping carriers to deliver their parcels outside of Germany. Tracking information will be send via email.

 Your personal shipping rate will be calculated during the check-out process. You can also check your shipping costs directly in the shopping basket.

Returns:

Orders may be returned within 30 days without giving any reason. All returns must be made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

We accept PayPal as our preffered payment provider for international orders.

Credit Card

MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit card payment via shopify.

SOFORT by Klarna:

We accept payments through the SOFORT service for select countries.

Apple Pay:

You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device.
