We offer high-quality sportswear, including jerseys, tracksuits, T-shirts, caps, and other fan merchandise for sports enthusiasts in Germany and around the world.


• How long does shipping take?

Germany: 2-4 working days
Europe: 4-7 working days
Worldwide: 7-14 working days
Please note: Delivery times may be delayed due to holidays or customs clearance.


• Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, just email us:info@thelockerroom.store


• How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this on the shipping provider's website.


• How much does shipping cost?

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout
• Free standard shipping within Germany for orders over 75 €


• Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return unused items within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. • Sale items must be returned
within 7 days.


• How do I start a return?

  2. We will send you return instructions and a return authorization number (RA)

  3. Pack the item carefully and indicate the RA number on the package


• Will I receive a refund?

Yes. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 business days .


• What if my order arrives damaged?

Please send us an email with your order number and photos within 48 hours of receipt toinfo@thelockerroom.storeWe will find a solution as soon as possible.


• Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and reorder the desired product.
